Hello and welcome! Feel free to explore my portfolio of instructional design work. As part of a career shift, many of the assets you'll find here reflect academic projects completed during my transition into the field. Recognizing the importance of bridging the gap between educational theory and real-world application, I joined the IDOL Courses Academy to deepen my expertise in learning experience design and development.

I currently serve as a Squad Lead and Learning Designer for Rumie Learn, where I contribute to the creation of microlearning experiences that support self-directed learning and real-world skill development. These bite-sized lessons—designed for mobile-first access—are built to empower learners worldwide with accessible, engaging, and practical knowledge. Through this role, I am also gaining valuable experience to strengthen my leadership and design skills as I continue to grow as an instructional designer.

Additionally, I recently completed an internship with the Colorado School of Mines, where I adapted an in-person professional education course into a fully online experience tailored for a STEM audience. This project was developed within the Thought Industries LMS, allowing me to build practical skills in designing for a professional, scalable learning platform that supports personalized learning experiences and learner-centered design.
