FICTIONAL CASE STUDY

Context: A pediatric medical practice

Challenge: Employee surveys showed dissatisfaction with the work environment. After a complete analysis, it was determined that difficult pediatric patients were the source of the problem. Staff needed training on how to prevent and appease non-compliant patients.

Solution: A small course on Gaining Compliance from Pediatric Patients was developed after the planning guide was approved.

Result: Three months after employees completed the course, a new survey showed a 50% increase in work satisfaction.
